Yoko Wachi Born Kanagawa, Japan, 1960 | Admitted to bar, 1989, Japan

In addition to regularly advising clients on general corporate issues, Yoko Wachi has broad practice in restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency and has served as court-appointed trustee in numerous insolvency cases. She also has a wealth of experience in resolving disputes as a neutral mediator in Tokyo family court as well as experience in corporate director and audits as outside officer of companies.
